REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) has announced the addition of three new members to their leadership team, Mario Rodriguez, MHA, PT, Brian Ingold, MBA and Brian Lerch, MBA, RN. These individuals have been selected to further REHAB’s commitment to high quality care and dedication to rebuilding lives.
Mario Rodriguez is REHAB’s new Vice President, Clinical Services. As a seasoned health care professional, Mario intends to focus his efforts on further improving REHAB’s continuum of care, quality of patient care and “return-to-home” outcomes. Previously at the San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, Mario advanced from the role of lead physical therapist to outpatient site coordinator and ultimately Director of Rehabilitation and Therapy Services in 2018.
“We are very pleased to have Mario join REHAB’s leadership team,” REHAB President and CEO Stephanie Nadolny shared. “His dedication to improving the patient experience ensures our patients will have the best possible experience and support while taking on the challenging circumstances that brought them to REHAB.”
Brian Ingold is REHAB’s new Chief Information Officer. He comes to REHAB with over 25 years of experience in information technology (IT) management. His previous roles include management positions at Kahuku Medical Center, Morgan Hunter Healthcare, EHS Consulting and Cerner Corporation. Brian looks forward to leading REHAB’s IT department with strategic planning and operational support at the forefront of the department’s objectives.
“Brian Ingold is an important addition to Team REHAB,” Nadolny said. “His proven ability to streamline and improve IT processes will ensure our staff and patients continue to benefit from the best tools and support.”
Brian Lerch, REHAB’s new Director of Referral Relations, is an experienced healthcare professional with previous roles held at Fresenius Medical Care, Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, Five Star Senior Living and Rogers Memorial Hospital. He comes to REHAB with over 13 years of experience as a healthcare leader and is excited to further develop REHAB’s relationships with other health care providers in our community.
“Brian Lerch’s experience as a healthcare leader positions him well to advocate for the important work happening at REHAB. Building lasting relationships is key to providing rehabilitative services to the people who need them,” Nadolny said.
