Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific’s outpatient clinics in Hilo and Aiea will reopen on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020 with health and safety modifications in place. The clinics were temporarily closed in response to federal, state, and city recommendations during COVID-19.
An extension of the hospital’s main campus in Nuuanu, the clinics offer patient services such as physical therapy and occupational therapy. The clinics will first open with temporarily modified hours. For the latest hours, visit rehabhospital.org/locations.

Everyone’s health and safety is REHAB’s top priority. The following measures are in place to protect patients and staff.
- Patients will be asked to wait in their cars until their appointment time. Caregivers will be asked to wait in their cars after check-in.
- Everyone must wear a face covering prior to entering and while in the clinic.
- All outpatients, caregivers, and vendors must check in with REHAB staff for screening. Patients who aren’t feeling well are asked to reschedule their appointments. Entrance will be denied if they have a fever or do not pass the screening questions.
- Social distancing measures, including six-feet floor markers are in place and must be followed.
