REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) has announced the promotion of three members of their leadership team, Wendy Manuel, Aeri Tilker and Andrew Davey that will further improve operations of the hospital and benefit patients.
Wendy Manuel who has served as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is now the Executive Vice President, while continuing her roles as COO and CFO. The change expands the scope of responsibilities to serve as the person delegated to act should the CEO be absent.
“Wendy has served as a tireless leader within the organization,” said REHAB CEO Stephanie Nadolny. “Her more than 30 years of experience in accounting and the healthcare industry makes her the perfect candidate to support the CEO in the overall management of the hospital.”
Aeri Tilker, who was serving as the Director of Compliance and Risk, will continue in that role, but will now also serve as REHAB’s General Counsel. She will provide legal support for matters that arise and work with specialized external legal counsel, as needed.
“We are fortunate to have such amazing talent amongst our team with passion for the work we do and a commitment to excellence,” said Nadolny. “We congratulate them all and look forward to their continued efforts to continue to make REHAB a unique and amazing resource for Hawaii’s community.”
Andrew Davey who served as the Accounting Manager has been promoted to Controller in recognition of his accomplishments and impact on REHAB’s organizational success.
“Andrew consistently sets high standards for any project or initiative that he undertakes and his work has made significant impacts to REHAB,” said Nadolny. “This promotion is well deserved, and in his new role, Andrew will lead the financial support team with increased financial and strategic responsibilities.”
