Recovery Support
The REHAB team consists of a physiatrist (rehabilitation doctor), nurse, care coordinator, physical therapist, occupational therapist and dietitian, who all provide one-to-one therapy.
Caregiver Education
Caregivers and family members are provided a three-hour Caregiver Education and Training (CET) prior to discharge. This involves meeting with each member of the interdisciplinary care team to get hands-on training.
